Your return will be processed as soon as you contact our customer service department. Due to high demand, we may not be able to respond immediately, but your request will be processed as quickly as possible. There is no need to send multiple emails.

Are you dissatisfied with your order for any reason? Please contact us via the contact page. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and are happy to help you.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Return period: You can return a product within 14 days of receipt.

Refund: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping costs.

Return costs: You are responsible for the costs of returning the product. 

Condition of the product: The product must be returned, unused, and in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories.

Please note that returns must be sent to our warehouse in China. As international return shipping can be costly, please contact us first at info@homeyst.com. In many cases we can offer an alternative solution without requiring a return.

 

Return process


Notify us of your return via info@homeyst.com or via the contact page.

Pack the product well and include the return form that we provide via e-mail. 
Send your return via a carrier with Track & Trace and keep your proof of shipment.

Refund: Once your return has been received and processed, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 5 days.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact us at info@homeyst.com within 14 days of receipt.
Send us a photo clearly showing the damage or error.
We offer a free replacement, or a full refund at your choice.

 

Exclusions Right of return

Some products cannot be returned:

  • Sealed products where the seal has been broken.
  • Customized and personalized products.
  • Products that cannot be returned due to their nature.
  • Products that are labeled as final sale.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different product, you must return the unwanted product according to the return procedure described above. You can then place a new order for the desired product.
This ensures that you receive your new product faster and prevents unnecessary delays in the process.

 

Return processing fee (Restocking Fee)

We do not charge any additional fees for processing returns.
For approved returns, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping costs.
No restocking fee will be deducted, regardless of the reason for the return.
