Yes and no, it depends on the situation. If you want tot return your item because it arrived damaged, then we will bear the return costs. However, for normal returns, the return costs are borne by the customer.

Certainly! For large orders, we start production in the factory. Please note that for orders of more than 200 items, the shipping time may be a few days longer than originally stated in our shipping policy.
