We strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find all the information regarding our shipping conditions, delivery times, and shipping costs.

 

Processing and Shipping

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday).
  • Shipping time: 9-10 business days (Monday - Friday).
  • Total expected delivery time: 12-15 business days (including processing time).
  • Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number to track your package.

 

Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping costs, regardless of the size or value of your order.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped, so you can easily track your package.

 

Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to track your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become visible.

Not home at the time of delivery?
The courier will leave a note with further instructions.
Your package may be redelivered or delivered to a pickup point.
Unclaimed packages will be returned. In this case, you may be charged a fee.

 

Damaged or Lost Orders

Received a damaged package?
Take photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt and contact us at info@homeyst.com. We will immediately arrange for a free replacement product.

Didn't receive your package?
If your package has not arrived more than 7 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.

After 30 days without delivery, the order can be refunded or reshipped.

 

International Shipping & Customs Fees

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. Please note that:
International shipments may be subject to customs and import duties.
Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us at info@homeyst.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We can only change the address if the order has not yet been processed.

What happens if my package is returned because I was not at home?
If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery attempt. Please ensure that you collect the package from a collection point in good time to avoid it being returned.
